Based on the most recent update issued by the Government of Trinidad & Tobago regarding COVID-19 on March 27, 2020, and in accordance with the provided list of essential services and businesses, we wish to advise you that our deliveries to you will continue as normal from Monday to Friday each week. Also please remember that our in-office collections are still suspended until further notice.
Our staff will continue to be available to you via any one of our communication platforms – Call Centre, Online Member Portal, Social Media Pages or Webchat – Monday to Friday 8am – 10pm and Saturday 8am to 3pm – to address your queries. Customers can call us at the following numbers:

We strongly encourage that during this time you also make use of our Online Payment facilities (PayPal, Amazon Pay, or Visa/Mastercard powered by Square) to allow for us all to adhere to the social distancing guidelines.
While we remain in operation, we continue to prioritize the health and safety of both our customers and staff by ensuring those high traffic areas, your packages, and our delivery vehicles are thoroughly sanitized.
